Event Policy & Procedures
Application Deadline is: Friday, August 11, 2023
Friday Booth set-up will be from 1pm-4pm YOU ARE ENCOURAGED TO SET UP ON FRIDAY (August 18th)
Saturday Booth set-up begins at 7am and must be completed by 9am (August 19th)
Anyone arriving after 9am Saturday will be denied
All booths must remain open until the end of the event at 6pm on August 19th
This event will go on rain or shine
All Educational Booth items must stay within the booth area. No signage or other items of any kind are allowed outside of the booth.
Provide a trash can for waste generated by your booth, there will be a dumpster on site
Tables, Chairs, and Tents are not provided – please bring your own
Tents must be freestanding and anchored with weights
The Swain County Agricultural Fair Committee reserves the right to refuse ANY application according to the wishes of the committee
All applicants/products must follow event policies
Unless otherwise requested application confirmation will be processed via email.
All spaces are reserved on a first come first serve basis.
