Educational Booth Information

​If you would like to host an educational booth at the Swain County Agricultural Fair, fill out the form below. For any questions or for more information call 828-488-3848 or email swainfair@gmail.com. Educational Booths are FREE!

Event Policy & Procedures
  • Application Deadline is: Friday, August 11, 2023
  • Friday Booth set-up will be from 1pm-4pm YOU ARE ENCOURAGED TO SET UP ON FRIDAY (August 18th)
  • Saturday Booth set-up begins at 7am and must be completed by 9am (August 19th)
  • Anyone arriving after 9am Saturday will be denied
  • All booths must remain open until the end of the event at 6pm on August 19th 
  • This event will go on rain or shine
  • All Educational Booth items must stay within the booth area. No signage or other items of any kind are allowed outside of the booth. 
  • Provide a trash can for waste generated by your booth, there will be a dumpster on site
  • Tables, Chairs, and Tents are not provided – please bring your own
  • Tents must be freestanding and anchored with weights
  • The Swain County Agricultural Fair Committee reserves the right to refuse ANY application according to the wishes of the committee
  • All applicants/products must follow event policies
  • Unless otherwise requested application confirmation will be processed via email. 
  • All spaces are reserved on a first come first serve basis.
