Payment Due: August 8, 2025 Pay via: Cash, Check, or AutoBooks Craft vendors can set-up and sell both Friday and Saturday (for one registration fee)
Event Policies & Procedures
Application AND Payment must be received by Friday, August 8th
Vendor Fee deadline is August 8, 2024. Check or Cash made payable to: Swain County Agricultural Fair, Attn: Melissa Vaughn, 60 Almond School Road, Bryson City, NC 28713 OR online payment available via AutoBooks (emailed invoice) + 3% processing fee
Cancellation policy: if you are accepted, then you must cancel by 4pm on August 8th (Vendor Fee is non-refundable)
Friday Booth set-up OPTIONAL: craft booths should be set-up by 1:30 pm and remain open until 9:00 pm (August 22nd). Note: Security is provided for overnight booths
Saturday Booth set-up begins at 8am and must be completed by 10am (August 23rd)
Anyone arriving after 10am Saturday will be denied
Saturday booths must remain open until the end of the event at 6pm on August 23rd
This event will go on rain or shine
All vendor items must be handcrafted by applicant only – applicant must be present in booth throughout event
If you require electricity, bring generator as electrical supply is not provided
Provide a trash can for waste generated by your booth, there will be a dumpster on site
Tables, Chairs, and Tents are not provided – please bring your own
Tents must be freestanding and anchored with weights
All supplies, merchandise, chairs, tables, etc must remain within the allotted parameter.
No vendor – including non-profit organizations – is to give away merchandise for any reason. Raffles and Drawings for prizes are acceptable only if tickets are purchased at event
The Swain County Agricultural Fair Committee reserves the right to refuse ANY application according to the wishes of the committee
All applicants/products must follow event policies
No applicant will be accepted without meeting all above requirements
Approved vendors must present confirmation certificate at the gate or to event organizer before setting up booth.
