Scarecrow and Friends - Now on Display
The Swain County Fair Committee has entered the Scarecrow Competition, hosted by the Bryson City–Swain County Chamber of Commerce!
Open to all businesses and nonprofits in Bryson City, the Scarecrow Competition is a fun, family-friendly way to spotlight local organizations through creative fall displays.
So, who’s in the running for the winner’s spot? You guessed it—the Swain County Agricultural Fair! The winning entry will be announced on October 30 and awarded a trophy... plus all the bragging rights!
Look for our “A Fair-tastic Fall Display”—on view now through Halloween—outside the Swain County Visitors Center & Museum on Main Street. Be sure to wave to our festive 4-H scarecrow crew as you stroll or drive by:
