The Corn on the Cob Eating Contest and Hot Dog Eating Contest are making their debut, on Saturday, August 22, 2026, bringing plenty of laughs, cheers, and friendly competition for young fairgoers. Whether you're competing or cheering from the sidelines, these contests are a fun way to celebrate the fair and make lasting summer memories.

Contest Information Corn on the Cob Eating Contest
Participants will race to see who can finish their corn on the cob the fastest. This contest is all about speed, enthusiasm, and having fun!
Hot Dog Eating Contest
Contestants will compete to eat their hot dog as quickly as possible. Come hungry and ready for a great time!
Rules & Guidelines
All contestants must compete in their designated age division.
Parents or guardians must be present for all participants.
Parents or guardian must sign contest waiver form.
Contest judges will determine winners based on contest completion.
Good sportsmanship is expected from all participants.
Contest organizers reserve the right to modify rules if needed for safety and fairness.
How to Participate
Register at the Welcome Tent:
Corn on the Cob deadline is 11:30 a.m.
Hot Dog deadline is 3:00 p.m.
Check in at the contest area (yet TBD) 15 minutes before competition begins.
Listen for instructions from the contest officials.
