4th Annual
Spring Craft & More Fling

Set for may 9
The 4th Annual Spring Craft & More Fling is set to return on Saturday, May 9, 2026, offering a full day of shopping, food, and community fun in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains.

Hosted by the Swain County Agricultural Fair, the one-day event will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Great Smoky Mountains Event Park, located at 1130 Hyatt Creek Road.

The annual market-style event brings together a wide range of vendors, including local artisans, crafters, antique dealers, independent sales consultants, and nonprofit organizations. Shoppers can expect to browse an extensive selection of goods such as handmade crafts, home décor, jewelry, wooden creations, painting, antiques, and home-baked foods.

Organizers say the event is designed to showcase the creativity and talent of the region while supporting small businesses and community groups. Vendor fees collected during the event go toward supporting the Swain County Agricultural Fair, an annual event held each August.

In addition to shopping, attendees can take in the scenic mountain surroundings, making it a family-friendly outing for locals and visitors alike.

The Spring Craft & More Fling has grown steadily over the years, becoming a popular seasonal event in Bryson City and a destination for those looking to shop local just ahead of Mother’s Day.

Admission and parking are free, and attendees are encouraged to arrive early to explore the full range of vendors and activities. For a complete list of this year's vendors, go to our 2026 Vendor Line-up page!
